Main features:
a. The whole line is composed of feeding part, glass washing and drying part, lamp inspection part, glass conveyor part, aluminum frame locating part, flat (roller) press part, tilting part.
b. Low-E Insulating Glass Production Line, soft low-e brush installed, it can process low-e glass.
c. It can make triple insulating glass, that is three layers insulating glass and shaped insulating glass.
d. Washing and drying part with full stainless steel.Adopt oil water-proof bearing in the washing section
e. Heating device, auto heat the water in cold weather.
f. The entire machine adopts the PLC to control the working condition, touch screen and man-machine interface.
g. Produce double glazing and triple glazing and shaped insulating glass
h. Hydraulic pressure provide power for flat press section,able to open 450mm for main tenance
i. Automatic energy-conservation discontinuity working system: the running section operate in full speed and the other sections that are not in work will automatically change into intelligent dormancy state. It saves the energy and decreases the power consumption.
