Main features:
1.Adopts the Japan Omron's PLC to control the working condition,Taiwan Kinco's touch screen and man-machine interface.
2.Japan Keynence Low-E glass automatic diagnosis system.
3.Three pairs of high temperature nylon brushes are driven separately by six asynchronous electric motors, and are movable, also can adjust the distence automatically according to the thickness of the glass.The brushes can washing coating glass and Low-E glass to prevent them damage.
4.Adopts SKF no oil water-proof bearing in the washing section.
5.Conserves energy interrupted type automatic operation system
6.It can produce double glazing ,triple glazing and Low-E glazing
7.Hydraulic pressure provides power for plate press section,able to open the 450mm for maintenance.
8. Outside press and insid press is optional.
