Features and functions:

1. The machine has glass feed section, glass washing and drying section, light inspection section.

2. The first section is equipped with LOW-E glass check system. When the coated side is wrongly put, the system will give alarm and the convey will stop automatically.

3.Three pairs of brushes driven separately by 3 motors. Brushes thread are imported soft material, special for LOW-E glass.

4. Washing section uses SKF brand oil-free and water-proof bearings. It will not cause second contamination to glass.

5. Static electricity remove device is equipped at the end of washing section. It can remove the static electricity of the glass so the dust will not fall on the glass.

6. Washing speed is controlled by an inverter.

7. Light inspection is equipped with a foot switch. You can stop the convey and check the washing quality.
