WL2000- 32 Insulating Glass Automatic Sealing Line
1. The Introduction of System
This system is controlled by motion controller, which can achieve the continuity of sealing for various size of insulating glass. It has two sets of independent sealant supplying system for double glazing/triple glazing insulating glass. It can produce double glazing and triple glazing, meanwhile it can seal the triple glass's two space at one time. The system is shown in the figure below:
The common machine working way is from right to left when facing the machine. The system is composed of three sections: input section, sealing section, output section.
2. Features
1) The man-machine interface is simple and the user operation is more convenient.
2) The system has a thickness detecting device and a depth detecting device for high resolution sensors. Combined with the automatic sealing function and the adjustment of the amount of glue, the production efficiency can be greatly improved. The sealant supply system is from AIRTAC, Taiwan.
3) Equipped with a special mixer to make the black sealant and white sealant evenly mixed.
4) The system has two sets of sealing systems (optional), which are easy to change during the production process.
5) The system can be used for three-layer glass. First, it glues the first space, and when it is done, the rubber head will adjust the angle of the second space.
6) V belt can be adjusted automatically according to the thickness of the glass. Accurate timing belt drive system ensures stable and clear glass movement.
7). The rubber head pressure device can adjust the rubber head to move the cylinder pressure through the precision of the electric proportional valve, so that the rubber head can be more smoothly attached to the glass.
The structure of the centering rubber head can adjust the rubber head according to the thickness of the glass to ensure the bonding effect.
All edges and corners are sealed without air bubbles, completely coated and require no manual trimming.
8). The system has a "connection" system. “Connected” means it combines the production line with a sealing system to increase productivity.
9). Cleaning function: Workers must clean the rubber tube (black glue) when using it for a long time or not, so as not to solidify the hose. When the worker adopts the cleaning function, the glue in the rubber tube will be discharged to prevent solidification and protect the rubber tube.
10). All components are of a high standard to ensure that the machine can be used stably for long periods of time.

Installation: If the buyer needs, the seller will send one or two technicians (one is electrical engineer, one is mechanical engineer) to install the machines and help train the workers.
