Features

3. After the sealant is over, the edges and corners of the glass are filled with fullness, no bubbles, and the surface is smooth.
4. Using two separate sealant supply systems (including mixing devices), two different types of glue (such as silicone rubber and polysulfide) can be placed and replaced as needed. It is also possible to place two identical sealants, which are easy to switch to another group after one set is used.
5. The third part can pre-store glass to improve efficiency.
6. Three layers of glass can be sealed, two chambers in the middle, one at a time.
6. The motion controller and servo control system adopt the Japanese YASKAWA brand and have stable performance.
7. Synchronous belt drive makes the glass transfer smoothly and the positioning is accurate.
