1.the main structure:
Be composed of feeding section, discharging section1,discharging section2 glue sealing system, sucker transmission system, glue supplying system, pressurization balance system, hydraulic pressure system and electrical system.
2.the main feature:
1. Sealing glue continuously to various sizes of rectangle insulating glass, and the quality is good.
2. The special 'V'synchronous belt conveyor, ensures the transmission steadily and no pollution.
3. Detecting the thickness of the insulating glass automatically, adjusting the position of 'V'conveyor accurately and guarantees the same working height.

4. Detecting the size of the insulating glass.
5. Input the thickness of spacer manually, the glue nozzle can aim at system automatically, ensures the glue sealing nozzle is in the centre of aluminum frame.
6. Testing the glue sealing thickness automatically, adjusting the glue sealing speed accurately.
7. Glue sealing system fix angle of the glass, guarantees the glue of the glass corner is smooth and full.
8. Electric proportional valve regulates the pressure accurately.
9. Servo hydraulic system can control the sealant volume accurately.
10. Adopts imported pneumatic motor glue supply system to assure the stability of glue supplying.
11. Adopts the nine axis CNC servo control system and man-machine interface operating system.
12. Can process double glass,triple glass and Step glazing glasss.
13. Two groups of glue can be exchanged automatically (optional)
14. Equipped with glue quantity warning system, remind to change glue bucket.
